The team at MLG is led by Estate & Wealth Planning Attorney Lisa A. Haster, Esq., who approaches the practice of estate law from a novel and distinctive angle. Lisa has 15 years of expertise litigating in court on behalf of families, individuals, and companies. Because she is intimately familiar with the unpredictable nature of the courtroom, her top objective is to keep her clients' families peaceful and out of probate court.
In addition to uncontested probate, Lisa also practises estate planning, wealth planning, business succession planning, asset protection, and special needs planning. Her résumé is strong. In 2001, Lisa graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and in 2020, Harvard University awarded her an advanced certification in contracts and trusts law.
