Timothy J. Ryan graduated from Boston College in 1978 with a double major in Psychology and Political Science. He earned his J.D. degree in 1980 from the Southwestern University School of Law under the S.C.A.L.E. accelerated legal education program. He has been licensed with the State Bar of California since 1981.
