Cara devotes much of her mass tort work to assisting in common benefit litigation development. Her energy is particularly focused on regulatory affairs issues (including development of national regulatory affairs experts), e-discovery, document review structure and oversight, trial logistics, litigation team organization, briefing, and general liability case development. Cara has been honored as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in since 2016. She was also named in National Trial Lawyers as Top 40 under 40 (Civil Plaintiff) for Ohio. She has been nominated for the Toledo 40 under 40 Awards in 2020 and 2022.
