Samah T. Abukhodeir is the founder and managing partner at The Florida Probate & Family Law Firm. She graduated from the Florida International University College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2013. After passing the Florida Bar that same year, she took on numerous cases dealing with probate, wills, trusts, estates, and guardianship law. Her passion for probate, family law, and estate planning law led her to open The Florida Probate & Family Law Firm. Now seeing cases throughout Florida, Abukhodeir is offering families relief from the legal complexities of family and probate law. Abukhodeir also helps the next generation of legal leaders by being an adjunct professor of the Honors College at Florida International University (FIU).
