Gordana "Gordi" Mikalacki, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Elmm Law Group, a Phoenix firm dedicated exclusively to personal and catastrophic injury cases.

Gordi earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and began her career as a Law Clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she developed a firsthand understanding of how clear, well-framed arguments shape judicial outcomes. She went on to serve as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, representing the Arizona Department of Economic Security under three different Attorneys General and gaining extensive courtroom and litigation experience along the way.

That foundation now drives her work at Elmm Law Group, where she's known for strong written and oral advocacy, a deep understanding of insurance company tactics, and a strategic yet compassionate approach to every case. She has helped countless clients recover the compensation they deserve after catastrophic injury.

Gordi is active in the legal community through continuing education and thought leadership on personal injury law, and she speaks regularly on access to justice and effective client advocacy. She also gives back locally through initiatives like Elmm Law Group's annual Backpack to the Future school supply drive.
