James F. Leonick, graduated from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and has been practicing law since 1989. Prior to establishing Leonick Law P.L.L.C. and his former partnership in Parisi & Leonick, L.L.P, James was a Senior Trial Attorney with several major insurance companies, practicing in the New York State Courts from Westchester, throughout New York City and Long Island. While honing his litigation skills, James also learned how insurance companies evaluate, think and react. James now focuses his practice on representing accident victims to seek the compensation that they deserve and based upon his prior experience working for insurance companies, he is uniquely well qualified to get you the compensation you deserve. In addition, he also practices Estate Planning, Wills and Probate. James is a devoted family man, Rotarian and Boy Scout Leader with roots in Suffolk County and donates much of his spare time to community organizations in the Long Island, New York area.
Sarah Siedentopf is an estate and probate attorney who helps clients with wills, trusts, end of life planning, probate, and strategies for avoiding probate. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complicated, emotional issues and making the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Sarah understands how important it is to maintain communication with her clients. They are entrusting her with a very significant part of their lives, and accordingly, they should stay involved with the process. Sarah ensures that clients will always be informed about what is happening in their cases. Sarah earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She practiced in Northern Virginia before opening her own law firm, Siedentopf Law. The firm’s office is conveniently located in the Brookhaven/Buckhead area. When Sarah Siedentopf is not helping her clients or volunteering within the Atlanta legal community, she enjoys cracking open a good book, spending time with her dog, or challenging her husband to a board game.
