Sean began his legal career in 1995 at the international law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, Texas where he specialized in oil & gas disputes, automotive product liability (defective medical device), and pharmaceutical (bad drug) lawsuits. Sean started what would later become Roberts Markland LLP in 2006 focusing specifically on catastrophic bodily injury, wrongful death, and business torts. Sean is a member of various legal associations including the American Association for Justice, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Distinguished Trial Counsel Top 1%, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates, Texas Trial Lawyer’s Association, Texas Bar Association, and more.
