Gregory P. Fayard is a dedicated real estate attorney based in Pensacola, Florida, practicing at Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon (ESC) since 2008. His practice encompasses commercial and residential real estate law, as well as construction law, commercial litigation, and tobacco litigation. Before joining ESC, Greg served six years in the public defender's office of the 1st Judicial Circuit, where he defended over 1800 indigent clients. In addition to being an agent for multiple title insurance companies, he is involved in professional, civic, and charitable organizations. A Pensacola native and Escambia High School graduate, Greg holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Alabama and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. His extensive experience and unwavering dedication to his practice and community distinguish him in Pensacola's legal field.
