Edward R. Stabell IIIbegan his practice in Savannah in 1992, which is mainly focused in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense and coverage, transportation, construction, professional malpractice, complex property damage and arson, bad faith litigation throughout the State of Georgia, but also includes family law, complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Defense Lawyer's Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He has been a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance ("CLM") and Professional Liability Defense Federation, which are open to attorneys for membership by invitation only. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in the State of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
