The Law Offices of Joel Bacher are located at 269 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, New Jersey. Mr. Bacher graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1971. In 1974 he earned his law degree from the New York Law School in Manhattan. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York. Joel is Sole Practitioner at The Law Offices of Joel Bacher. He focuses his practice on plaintiff personal injury and criminal defense. He has been honored by New Jersey Super Lawyers and voted by peers to be among the top 5% of the lawyers in the State of New Jersey from 2007 to 2014. He was a Pro Bono volunteer for the Northeast NJ Legal Services and Volunteer Lawyer for Justice in the TLC program representing the victims of 9-11. Joel has also received a Public Justice Achievement Award in 2004. He is a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association and a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Inns of Court, the National College for DUI Defense, the American Civil Liberties Union and the American Association for Justice.
