Prior to joining Finlayson Toffer Roosevelt & Lilly LLP as a partner in 2017, Mr. Lawrence was a partner and senior counsel at several prominent West Coast litigation boutiques. He is Martindale AV Preeminent Rated, and ranked as one of Orange County’s top attorneys in litigation (OC Register Metro – 2015) and intellectual property (OC Register Metro – 2014).

Mr. Lawrence’s practice encompasses a broad variety of litigation matters, ranging from complex commercial disputes to white collar criminal defense. He represents clients in federal and state courts in cases involving copyright and trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, securities violations, bank fraud, tax fraud, toxic torts, unfair competition, and civil and criminal racketeering. He also has extensive experience in commercial mediation and arbitration.
