Jerome Quinn, Jr. began learning the law as a teenager working in his father’s law office. After law school he started his legal career representing families, individuals and small businesses that had been taken advantage of by financial institutions and fiduciaries. He has represented consumers in financial fraud cases ranging from small arbitrations to multimillion-dollar class actions.
He commenced his career in estate planning and probate upon realizing that many families were being pushed into one-size fits all estate plans that weren’t achieving their goals. Mr. Quinn engaged in a rigorous program through Michigan’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and received his Certification in Estate Planning and Probate. He is a V.A. Accredited Attorney. In addition to real world experience, Mr. Quinn continues to stay abreast of the latest probate laws and planning trends through his membership in ICLE and he is currently participating in ICLE’s new Elder Law Certificate program to further his skills.
Mr. Quinn received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Miami, School of Law. While in law school, he was Vice President of the Moot Court Board and won a number of Moot Court competitions and awards. He was also a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review. Mr. Quinn’s high level of academic performance earned him membership in the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. He served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Florida Attorney General’s Office in its Economic Crimes Division.
