Lou Jacobs is a professor emeritus at the Ohio State University College of Law, where he taught employment law, constitutional law and civil rights law from 1978 through 2003. Upon his retirement from teaching, Lou became of counsel to Marshall & Forman where he litigates employment, civil rights, and Constitutional cases. Lou also spent two years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio for two years, serving as Senior Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Section. He received his B.A. from Syracuse University, his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at The American University, and his LL.M. from New York University.
