I am a partner and a member of Fishman Haygood's litigation section. My areas of practice include securities arbitration and litigation and general commercial litigation.

I regularly represent investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings against broker-dealers and financial advisors. My firm currently represents municipal bond issuers in arbitration proceedings against their investment bankers stemming from the issuance of auction rate securities.

I am a dogged, diligent advocate for my clients. I am known to give honest assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of my clients' cases and provide on-going advice as cases progress.
