Attorney David K. Gross is known for his exemplary background in both the military and in North Carolina Law Enforcement. After serving in both the Air Force and the Army National Guard, he joined the Rocky Mount Police Department, gaining further experience in all aspects of law enforcement.

David’s law career started with routine law enforcement and quickly evolved into investigating high-level cases involving drunk driving, drug crimes, rape, and murder. David was also part of Rocky Mount’s Narcotics Enforcement Team responsible for street-level vice enforcement and state and federal narcotics investigation.

This specialized work had him collaborating closely with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) agents on numerous drug and firearms cases, which gave him vast experience that most attorneys never see. This work piqued his interest in the practice of the law, and in 2010 lead him to start his own criminal law practice. David’s unique perspective gained from his previous military and law enforcement careers provides him unmatched insight into being able to expertly defend his firm’s clients.
