Fowler, Hein, Cheatwood & Williams, P.A. in Atlanta represents apartment owners and managers in Housing Discrimination Defense, Premises Liability Defense, and other matters. Fowler, Hein, Cheatwood & Williams, P.A. is dedicated to representing apartment owners and managers by providing efficient, effective resolution of all legal matters related to daily management operations of multifamily communities. Located in Atlanta, our boutique practice has established itself as the area’s largest practice devoted to protecting the rights and interests of landlords. As authorities on federal housing law as well as state and local regulations, we represent owners of large and small properties, who count on us for exceptional insight and advocacy. We assist with a whole host of issues, including matters relating to evictions, discrimination complaints and code compliance.
Robert Hein's practice group emphasizes delivery of economical, high-quality representation and counsel that meets the growing legal needs of apartment management companies.
Although much of our work involves court appearances and dispossessory cases in county courts throughout metropolitan Atlanta, the group practice also handles a wide variety of problems and litigation commonly encountered by property management companies, including the defense of housing discrimination, mold exposure, and premises liability claims. In the mid-1980s, Mr. Hein developed the business model and concept of a practice called “Apartment Law,” with its primary emphasis on representing apartment owners and managers.
Among the services offered in our practice are dispossessory warrant filings in the greater Atlanta area and other parts of Georgia. Our attorneys appear in courts throughout the Atlanta area on a daily basis. Over half of the group’s practice involves representation of apartment owners or other law firms with dispossessory matters.
